In the Safe Haven world, there are always team dynamics that mustn't be tampered with, here is one such grouping. The Elemental four, each literally representing their elements by how their powers are.
Though it should be rather obvious for two of the four, feel free to figure out which one controls what.
hmm...let's see. all the way in front is fire. hard to tell with the glass, because it looks like it could be either the one holding it is freezing it with her finger, or the one behind molding it, but I'd guess the one holding it is ice. The one behind her is wind, and the last one is earth. Am I close?
oh, and try to be careful not to make hair look like cloth. Most of the pic is fine, but the girl in front has a few bangs that look iffy. Other than that the rug doesn't seem to match the stool as far as perspective, but it's not too noticable.

I'd like to think outside the box, but I don't know where it is.
Yeah, I'm still bothered by how the rug turned out.
As to the four, you have earth and fire right, the one holding the glass is wind and the one behind is water actually. I know the hair looks a bit off on the forefront girl, but I'll be using some dark reds as highlights in her hair, so that should help make it look more like her hair than anything else.

I can't critique this...you are better then me XD. the only issue I really see is the more masculine quality of your art. That isn't bad many artists favor that style. I hope I helped ^^
